Tunnel Pasteurizer

PLJ series of water spraying cooling or warming machine, also is called tunnel type of sterilizer. Different from directly heating type of sterilizer (to sterilize instantaneously), the machines can sterilize products and its container at the same time. So all possible harmful bacteria remained in products would be completely killed and products will be stored for longer term. Products and its container (Bottle or can) is heated to setting temperature to sterilizer and kept them under this temperature for a period of time. Then temperature falls to atmosphere temperature.
